Neues Jahr – neues Kapitel in der lange Reise von Lost and Found in das nun vierte Jahr.
Viele Menschen sind Etappen weise hinzugekommen und auch dann auch wieder gegangen, um anderen Zielen und Bedürfnissen nachzugehen. Einige waren auch wirklich lange lange dabei.
Vielen Dank für eure Zeit, Wirken und Formen von Lost and Found!
Letztes Jahr haben wir spätestens nach dem Sommer nur noch zu dritt weitergemacht und der Winter war am Ende nur noch durch das letzte Gründungsmitglied überhaupt realisierbar. Die Zeiten sind auch turbulent und wenig Aufbauend um weiter zu machen – egal mit was auch immer im Leben.
Denn Gefühlt braucht es unseren Support jetzt gerade an 5 Orten gleichzeitig, während wir eigentlich am liebsten zu Hause ein autarkes Leben als Gummiente in der Badewanne vorziehen würden.
Somit zeichnet sich ein neuer Wechsel ab und damit Lost and Found als Kollektiv Wunsch auch gelebte Praxis werden kann – so braucht es jetzt uns hier aus der Community. Also auch dich.
Lasst uns also ab 14:30 kennen lernen, darüber austauschen was Lost and Found bisher war und Gegenwärtig ist und vor allem was ein TIN Space noch alles werden kann.
Ganz konkret braucht es Leute die in der Orga mitwirken. Je mehr – desto mehr Entlastung des Einzelnen.
Helfer_innen, Gäste und Programm Gestaltende sind ebenso das Fundament ohne dem hier garnichts laufen würde bzw. Sinn macht.
Also nur Mut! – Denn die Zukunft sind wir.

Our TIN Space needs us! Open plenary session January 18, 2026 – 2:30 p.m.
New year – new chapter in Lost and Found’s long journey, now in its fourth year.
Many people have joined us along the way and then left again to pursue other goals and needs. Some have been with us for a very long time.
Thank you for your time, work, and contributions to Lost and Found!
Last year, after the summer at the latest, only three of us continued, and in the end, the winter was only possible because of the last founding member. Times are turbulent and not very encouraging for continuing—no matter what you’re doing in life.
It feels like our support is needed in five places at once right now, when we would actually prefer to be at home living a self-sufficient life as rubber ducks in the bathtub.
Thus, a new change is on the horizon, and so that Lost and Found can become a lived practice as a collective desire, we need us here from the community. That means you, too.
So let’s get to know each other starting at 2:30 p.m., talk about what Lost and Found has been and is currently, and above all, what a TIN Space can still become.
Specifically, we need people to help with the organization. The more people we have, the less work there is for each individual.
Helpers, guests, and program organizers are also the basis without which nothing would work or make sense here.
So take heart! – Because we are the future. 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈
